PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:

Should one of the products in your order not be available for some reason, we will immediately notify you by email with the anticipated ship date. You have the option to cancel your order should this conflict with your needs.

There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship subsequent to your initial shipment.

SHIPPING POLICY:

MerajDistributors.com offers standard 2 to 5 business days shipping. Please allow several extra days during the busy holiday season. Orders outside the India. (to all other countries) can take up to 4 or 5 weeks to arrive, but may arrive sooner. This is due to variable distances and customs checks. MerajDistributors.com does their best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon Indian Standard Time on the same day. MerajDistributors.com currently does not ship on, Sundays or holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish to have your order left otherwise please note when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments outside the 35 states India cannot ship "standard" ground service and/or may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery. MerajDistributors.com is responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery. MerajDistributors.com is not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.

RETURN & WARRANTY :

Warranty is valid on some products, exclusively If it has been mentioned. Generally some products doesn’t carry any warranty what so ever. Some of the materials, printer, laptop, desktop computer and ink and toner cartridges carry warranty and are bound by terms & conditions of warranty and type of usage. In case of damage under transportation we are not liable for any return or replacement. TAXES :

We have no control or prior knowledge of State Taxes or Octroi that may be charged by your state. These taxes (if any) will be paid by the courier company and collected from the buyer on delivery. The buyer is responsible to pay these taxes.

IMPORT DUTIES :

If applicable in your country will be paid by the customer, the same will be collected on delivery by courier company.

DELIVERY PERIOD
